- Please make sure all shipping information entered is correct!
- EMERSYVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION
- All orders are shipped within 1 - 5 business days of purchase
- EMERSYVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN HANDED OFF TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER, AND ANY DISPUTES SHOULD BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER!
- If your package is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged:
- contact the postal carrier immediately in order to file a dispute
- if the carrier cannot assist, contact emersyve@gmail.com, and we will assist you as best as we can

- We are currently only shipping domestically in the United States, but are working on shipping worldwide as soon as possible!
